1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery on most products across India. COD availability will show at checkout. (Note: Some remote pin codes may not support COD.)
2. How long will delivery take?
We usually deliver within 5–14 business days depending on your location.
3. Is your store based in India?
Yes — we’re an Indian-owned online brand. Our suppliers are both local and global, depending on the product. Some items may ship from international warehouses but are always customs-cleared and prepaid.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, but only within 24 hours of placing your order. Just email or WhatsApp us with your order ID. After shipping, cancellations aren’t possible, but you can initiate a return after delivery.
6. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
Yes, we have a 7-day easy return policy on most items. Products must be unused, in original packaging. Contact us to initiate a return — simple and quick.
